Free Test Drive Rewards - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Test Drive Reward (the “Promotion”) provided by OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited (the “Promoter”) to eligible customers;

1. Eligibility

1.1 General Eligibility (applies to all Promotions)

To participate in the Promotion, customers must:
be residents of the United Kingdom;
be aged 18 or over;
be retail customers only (excluding business users, leasing customers, Motability customers, and employees of the Promoter, its retailers, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion); and
comply with the applicable eligibility requirements for the relevant reward set out below.

1.2. Test Drive Reward (a choice of 4 different rewards) – Eligibility
To qualify for the Test Drive Reward, an eligible customer must:

register for and complete a test drive of a new OMODA or JAECOO model between 5th August 2026 and 15th August 2026 (inclusive); and
complete the test drive at a participating OMODA JAECOO retailer.
No vehicle purchase or registration is required to qualify for the Test Drive Reward.

Where an eligible customer:

completes a qualifying test drive during the promotional period that customer shall be entitled to receive the Test Drive Reward, subject to these Terms.

Each reward is subject to its own redemption process and deadlines.

2. Reward Details
2.1. Test Drive Reward
The Test Drive Reward consists of 1 of 4 Reward Choices as follows:

12 Free IMO “Wash 3 Triple Foam” car washes or;
A 2 Year Free Digital Kids Pass or;
A Free Airport Lounge Pass for one person or;
4 Free Cinema Vouchers for either ODEON, Reel, Savoy, Merlin or Movie House cinemas.

Qualifying customers will be emailed a unique promotional code and link to a dedicated reward site, within 7 working days of completion of a qualifying test drive, enabling them to choose their preferred reward no later than 31st October 2026.
Full terms and conditions and individual redemption mechanics apply to all 4 test drive rewards.
The Car Wash reward will be valid for use until 31st October 2027, the Airport Lounge Pass reward will be valid for lounge entries by 31st May 2027, the Kids Pass reward will be valid for 2 Years from date of activation, with activation required no later than 1st November 2027, the Cinema Vouchers reward will be valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of issue.

3. Liability
3.1. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party rewards and providers.
3.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
3.3. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter’s total aggregate liability in connection with the Promotion shall not exceed the value of the reward provided.

4. Promotion Management
4.1. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel, terminate, or amend the Promotion, or substitute it with an alternative reward of equal or lesser value, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw rewards where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

5. Data Protection
5.1 Personal data will be processed by the Promoter and its appointed partners (including but not limited to Rhino Design (Manchester) Ltd and Grace & Courage Ltd), solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
5.2. Each reward partner acts as an independent data controller in respect of its own services.

6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Individual Reward Choice Terms and Conditions

Free IMO Car Wash Terms and Conditions

Unique Promotional code entitles the bearer to 12 ‘Wash 3 with Triple Foam’ car washes at participating IMO car wash centres across the UK, via the IMO Car Wash app.
The promotional code and subsequent IMO car washes are valid for use until 31.10.27 and are subject to the availability of the IMO car wash facilities.
The IMO car wash promotional code and subsequent Free car wash offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Free Car Wash offer must be presented to a Car Wash Operator, via the Wallet in the IMO Car Wash app, upon arrival at the IMO centre, to redeem the free Wash 3 Triple Foam car wash.
Only valid in-app Car Wash offers will be accepted. Defaced, illegible, damaged or photocopied car wash offers will not be accepted.
A promotional code and subsequent in-app Car Wash offers cannot be used retrospectively and no refunds will be given.
The promoter and its agents, reserve their right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
A promotional code and subsequent in-app Car Wash offers can only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The promoter and its agents cannot be held responsible for the quality or availability of the car wash at participating IMO centres.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
IMO will not be responsible for any car wash declining an expired or cancelled.

2 Year Kids Pass Membership Terms and Conditions

This reward entitles the bearer to a Free 24-month Kids Pass digital membership.
By claiming this reward, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the offer communications.
The Free Kids Pass membership reward is valid via the Kids Pass app only.
Claimants are issued with unique activation link via the reward site, which is also emailed to the address provided, to use on the Kids Pass app to activate the 2 Year free membership; the activation code will be valid for use until 31.01.27.
This Kids Pass activation code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Kids Pass reward is subject to availability; the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal value or more if necessary.
The claimant accepts that the promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

Free Airport Lounge Voucher Terms and Conditions

This voucher code entitles the bearer to a free airport lounge booking via Holidays Extras at one of the following UK airports; London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow International, Liverpool John Lennon, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, London Luton, London Stansted, Cardiff, Teesside International, Aberdeen, Belfast International, Humberside and Inverness.
This voucher offer is valid for UK households only.
Voucher code holders are required to complete an online registration form and will then be contact by a member of the Holiday Extras booking team (via email) to arrange their Airport Lounge booking.
By completing the online registration form, qualifying agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the offer communications.

ODEON Cinema Voucher Terms and Conditions

Voucher code may be exchanged for one ticket with a Classic, Classic Saver, Recliner or Recliner Saver seat to view a standard 2D film showing at any ODEON cinema in the UK and Republic of Ireland EXCEPT the following cinemas: Islington Luxe and Dine and ODEON Luxe Leicester Square. Upgrades are payable for other film formats and seat types.
Online Redemption: You can use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie, and on the myODEON app. If you book online or on the myODEON app, there will be an online booking fee of £1 per ticket in the UK.
In Cinema Redemption: You can redeem your ODEON voucher code at the ticket kiosk but not at the box office or retail counter. This redemption method will not incur an additional booking fee.
Not valid on Recliner+ or any other premium seating types unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. Standard Recliner seats at a Luxe cinema will incur no seating upgrade fee. At ODEON Bournemouth and ODEON Hatfield if there is mixed standard and recliner/super luxury seating in a screen an upgrade fee will be payable for the recliners/super luxury seats. At ODEON Taunton there will be an upgrade fee if you sit in a Luxe recliner screen.

The Voucher Code is not valid for 3D, special screenings, premium seating or Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live, Television programmes or series/seasons, and Live Concerts. It may be possible to upgrade to non-2D (e.g. 3D), this will need to be arranged with the individual cinema and additional charges may apply (for example 3D glasses).

The Savoy Cinemas Adult 2D Voucher Code may be exchanged for one standard Adult ticket to any standard 2D performance at any Savoy Cinema in the UK (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling); excluding occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances.
The Voucher Code is valid for any standard 2D performances. The Savoy Adult 2D Voucher Code is not valid for Alternative Content, Special Screenings, Television Programmes or Series/Seasons, Special Advance Screenings or VIP/premium seating.
The Voucher Code has an expiry date on the voucher as per date shown and for a minimum of 6 months. Once expired, the Voucher Code will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
The Voucher Code can be redeemed online at www.savoycinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The Voucher Code cannot be used to book using the telephone service. The Merlin Cinema Adult Voucher Code has an expiry date as shown below the Vouchers and for a minimum of 6 months. Once expired, the Voucher Code will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given
The Merlin Cinema Adult Voucher Code may be used to book tickets online at www.merlincinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The Voucher Code cannot be used via the telephone booking service. The Merlin Cinema Adult Voucher Code does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
